About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Fanatics Betting and Gaming team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will report to the Director of Cross-Sell Marketing and play a vital part in executing our customer acquisition and retention strategies. This is a hybrid position perfect for someone who is early in their career and eager to make a tangible impact on our marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and paid channels to support our growth and retention targets.
- Create comprehensive campaign briefs and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring all assets are reviewed, tested, and ready for launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Legal, and Marketing Ops, to develop effective communications and identify new opportunities for testing and optimization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a blend of analytical skills and marketing experience. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in CRM, Email, or Lifecycle marketing.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and analyze data in real-time to improve performance.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- A genuine passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment.

This position is based in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on your specific experience and skills.
