CRM Analyst at Fanatics

We are currently looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Fanatics Betting and Gaming team, where you will play a vital role in shaping our customer acquisition and retention strategies.

What you'll be doing

• You will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and paid media to drive customer growth and long-term engagement.
• You will manage the end-to-end campaign process, which includes creating detailed briefs, coordinating with creative teams, and performing rigorous quality assurance to ensure everything functions perfectly before launch.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing operations, legal, and creative departments to build and maintain a dynamic marketing calendar that supports our business objectives.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing. We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You should possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze data in real-time to optimize campaign performance. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is required, along with a genuine passion for sports and gaming. You must be fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally for team meetings and events.

What you'll get

The base salary for this position is $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for an equity award and performance bonuses.
