The role
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to join our Fanatics Betting and Gaming team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in the United States. This role is ideal for a junior-level professional who is eager to help drive our sportsbook customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will report to the Director of Cross-Sell Marketing and work closely with our broader marketing organization to deliver impactful campaigns.
Core responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns across email, push, and paid channels to support our customer acquisition and retention objectives.
- Create detailed campaign briefs and manage the marketing calendar, including tracking state launches, promotions, and acquisition initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in creative, legal, and operations to ensure all assets are tested, QA-checked, and aligned with our brand standards.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, app, and SMS platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to monitor performance in real-time and pivot strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly detail-oriented mindset.
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 USD per year, depending on your specific skills and experience. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for an equity award and a performance bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
