The opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and passionate Creator Success Lead to join our Outreach team, focusing specifically on the Design and Technology categories. You will sit at the center of our community efforts, acting as a bridge between our platform and the innovators who use it. By providing expert guidance, cultivating relationships with key creators, and advocating for their needs internally, you will play a vital role in ensuring that groundbreaking projects reach their full potential. You will report to the Head of Design and Technology and work alongside cross-functional teams to drive meaningful engagement and product success.

A day in the life

• You will provide hands-on strategic support to creators, helping them refine their launch strategies, craft compelling campaigns, and navigate the resources available to them on our platform.
• You will manage creator interactions through our CRM, ensuring that our outreach and curation efforts meet our service standards while tracking progress toward our goals.
• You will act as an internal champion for our creator community, gathering feedback on product features and policies to help our teams build a better, more intuitive experience for everyone.

Who you are

You are a relationship-driven professional with at least 3 years of experience in the design or technology sectors. You possess a sharp eye for innovation and can independently assess the quality and potential of a creative project. Because you will be representing us to the public and working across time zones, we are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills who is comfortable presenting to groups and speaking with the press. We highly prefer candidates based in the Eastern Standard Time or Greenwich Mean Time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with our international teams.
