We are looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join our Account Services department in Canada, where you will help shape the future of influencer marketing for our gaming clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new creators to our programs.
- Create monthly plans, project briefs, and program optimizations.
- Manage day-to-day communication with creators through email and Discord.
- Support the full content creation lifecycle and foster collaboration among creators.
- Track and analyze data to report on community growth, content performance, and audience sentiment.
- Identify new ways to activate creators in alignment with brand goals and key calendar moments.
- Oversee creator incentives, rewards, and program merchandise.
- Host workshops, brainstorming sessions, and educational events for our creator community.
- Collaborate with the Account Services team to manage internal and external program dependencies.
- Measure program success by benchmarking progress against established KPIs.
Must-haves
- A deep passion for gaming and gaming technology.
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- The ability to navigate large organizations to identify project needs and evaluate the merit of new creative tactics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to maintain a professional presence in boardroom settings.
- A data-driven approach to work, with the ability to leverage insights to drive results.
- Fluency in English.
