Viral Nation has an exciting opportunity for a Creator Partnerships Manager to join a passionate team of marketers. You will be part of our Account Services department, where we provide digital marketing services (influencer/creator-focused) to a wide range of gaming clients. You will join a team that continuously pitches clients on new creatives and strategies, brings innovative ideas to life, and shapes the future of influencer marketing in the gaming industry. We’re looking for someone very passionate about gaming and gaming technology.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, contracting and onboarding new creators
- Development of monthly plans, briefs and program optimizations
- Managing the monthly briefing of creators
- Overseeing and managing creator communications via Discord and email
- Proactively engaging creators and supporting their content creation lifecycle
- Facilitating collaboration amongst creators
- Track, analyze and report with a focus on community growth, content performance, and audience sentiment
- Identify opportunities to leverage and activate creators against brand objectives and important dates/moments
- Qualifying & tracking creator content for incentives & rewards
- Management of program merchandise
- Continuous exploration of new and engaging ways to excite program creators to participate in monthly themes and deliverables
- Facilitate ongoing brainstorm and ideation sessions with creators and internally
- Program insights and feedback (surveys, 1:1s, Q&As, AMAs ,etc.)
- Develop and host workshops (creative, educational, developer play sessions, & more)
- Support with the scaling of the program
- Coordinate with Account Services team to manage program dependencies (internal & external)
- Monthly progress & performance report
- Benchmarking progress against KPIs and goals to determine and measure program success
Qualifications and Skills:
- You must be a creative, entrepreneurial demand generation manager with exceptional leadership and critical thinking skills.
- You must have a strong understanding of how to navigate a large organization to assess which accounts / projects are in need of our specific resources, as well as a strong ability to evaluate the merit of creative new tactics.
- You must be highly capable of motivating a team towards the prospect of growing an innovative, world-changing business with us
- You must have excellent written and oral communication skills. This includes being fully capable of building and maintaining a respected boardroom presence.
- You love data and leverage data to deliver insights and drive results.
