Role at a glance
We are seeking a Creative Strategy Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a Director-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will be at the intersection of data and design, leading a talented group of creatives to build campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive real business results.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creative strategists, graphic designers, and video editors to foster a culture of excellence and high-quality output.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of marketing assets across social media, direct mail, and display channels, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand identity.
- Drive performance through rigorous A/B testing and data analysis, using insights to refine design elements and maximize conversion rates across all digital platforms.
What you'll need
We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and possesses a deep understanding of how design influences consumer behavior. You should be fluent in English and bring the following qualifications to the table:
- At least 4 years of relevant creative and marketing experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in marketing design, digital campaigns, and brand-focused materials.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, with a solid background in graphic design, typography, video editing, and motion graphics.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable creative strategies.
- Experience in consumer internet companies is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
