What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at our office located at 110 5th Ave in New York City. In this role, you will be the engine behind our creative production, ensuring that our brand materials and campaigns are delivered with both speed and high quality. You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing complex project schedules and resource allocation to ensure creative teams meet their deadlines and strategic goals.
- Acting as the primary point of accountability for internal teams, facilitating clear communication and effective workflows across marketing and design projects.
- Identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency standards to optimize how we produce content and track our creative initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented professional with at least five years of experience in content production within advertising or marketing. You should be a master at stakeholder management, capable of distilling complex business goals into actionable plans while maintaining a clear and persuasive creative perspective. We value individuals who are fluent in the language of design and strategy, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are comfortable using data to refine production processes. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while remaining adaptable to changing priorities.
What we offer
