About the Role
We are searching for a Creative Program Manager to join our team on a 6-month contractor basis. In this lead-level role, you will function as a bridge between our creative team and marketing stakeholders. You will balance the responsibilities of an account manager by maintaining clear relationships and project roadmaps, while also acting as a project manager to ensure our creative output remains high-quality and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong partnerships with marketing campaign managers to ensure alignment across all event and campaign initiatives.
- Create and present detailed project plans, providing proactive updates on project status, potential blockers, and necessary next steps.
- Guide our partners in developing effective creative briefs and manage the overall project organization to ensure all deliverables meet established deadlines.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in operations, project management, or program management within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Deep familiarity with creative engagement processes, including brief development, turnaround time management, and stakeholder negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage project scope and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Technical proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and various project management software tools.
- A strong background in producing high-quality creative work with a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Location
This position is based on-site in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this role ranges from 75,000 USD to 85,000 USD. Compensation is determined by several factors, including your specific market location and your professional experience.
