We are Binance, the global blockchain organization operating the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and user base. We are currently looking for a Junior Creative Program Executive to join our team through the Binance Accelerator Program. This initiative is designed to provide early career talent with an immersive experience in the Web3 space, offering you the chance to work behind the scenes of a leading blockchain ecosystem while building your professional network and developing transferable skills.
What you'll be doing
- You will partner with our Creative Program Management Leads to oversee global creative requests, ensuring that daily tasks are managed, clarified, and updated in coordination with our stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for reviewing creative briefs to maintain high quality standards and ensuring that project timelines remain realistic and achievable.
- You will act as a bridge between our internal design teams, marketing staff, and external production agencies to guarantee that creative projects are delivered on time and meet our brand standards.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a clear communicator who can express complex ideas succinctly to various teams. We are looking for someone who can manage projects independently and thrives in a collaborative environment. Your background should include the following:
- Expertise in Google Workspace is required for this position.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or project management tools like Asana is considered a significant advantage.
- A strong interest in the cryptocurrency industry and the Binance ecosystem.
- Proficiency in English is essential, and being bilingual in Mandarin is highly preferred to support our coordination with international partners.
- You must be a current university student or a recent graduate to be eligible for this program.
