KAYAK, a key member of the Booking Holdings family, serves as the premier global travel search engine. We process billions of queries to help travelers discover the best flights, accommodations, and rental cars, and our Media team is dedicated to blending data-driven insights with high-impact creative campaigns. We are looking for a Creative Production Project Manager to join us in Denmark on a contract basis to oversee the full lifecycle of our production projects while fostering strong collaboration across our teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, which includes setting timelines, overseeing budgets, and handling prioritization.
- Develop and present campaign briefs and proposals while ensuring all creative assets remain consistent with our brand.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments like Commercial, Brand, AdOps, and Marketing, as well as external partners.
- Oversee production logistics, including vendor research, contract management, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide detailed reports to clients.
- Keep up to date with CMS features and implementation to ensure high-quality output.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in creative project management, specifically regarding marketing and media asset production.
- A solid grasp of the entire creative process from the initial concept to final execution.
- Expertise in managing project budgets, resources, and schedules across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities to facilitate internal and external collaboration.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, freelancers, and various vendors.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms and design tools such as Figma or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with influencer campaign performance tools like Klear.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for teamwork.
