Since 2007, Readdle has been a leading force in the personal productivity space for Apple devices. We are dedicated to empowering individuals and teams by crafting innovative mobile and desktop experiences that enhance efficiency and creativity. As we expand our Documents platform to the web and prepare for the launch of a brand-new product, we are entering a thrilling phase of growth. We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our team and help us scale how we produce advertising creatives across the company.

What you'll be doing

You will own the creative concept stage by generating fresh ideas, angles, and scripts while preparing clear briefs for our designers and broader team.
You will collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and our Paid Social and Creative specialists to determine which concepts to produce and test.
You will manage creative sprints in Jira, align team priorities, and proactively remove blockers to ensure projects are delivered on time.

What you'll bring

You have at least 2 years of experience in a Creative Producer role or a similar position.
You possess a strong background in paid social and performance creatives for platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Google, with a knack for turning social trends into effective ad concepts.
You have excellent project and time management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to take full ownership of your work.
You are fluent in English, which allows you to work effectively in our international team and write clear, natural ad copy.
You demonstrate strong creative taste and the ability to translate ideas into engaging scripts and storytelling across various ad formats.
