Our Interactive Brand Studio is a tight-knit team of six professionals responsible for shaping our visual identity, from designing our website to creating original content like illustrations, logos, and marketing materials. We are looking for a Senior Creative Producer and Program Manager to join us on-site in the United States to help evolve our brand and ensure our creative projects are executed with excellence.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end-to-end production of creative initiatives, ensuring that every project stays on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
- You will serve as the primary bridge between our creative team and cross-functional partners, including marketing, engineering, and product, to align resources and maintain high quality standards.
- You will proactively identify opportunities to improve our internal workflows and processes, helping our team operate more efficiently as we scale.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in production or project management, ideally gained within a technology or agency environment. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management or creative production.
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, or Linear, as well as familiarity with creative tools like Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- An adaptable, proactive mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced environment while navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to foster strong relationships across different departments and with external vendors.
What you'll get
