Creative Performance Lead at Metacore

What is this role?

We are looking for a Creative Performance Lead to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Finland. This is a lead-level position designed for someone who wants to drive the growth of Merge Mansion through strategic, data-informed creative delivery. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of quality while helping us evolve into a globally recognized entertainment brand.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a creative team focused on performance marketing, ensuring high visual quality and seamless collaboration with our internal animation experts.
• Develop and own the performance-driven creative strategy, including the creation and management of a flexible, rolling roadmap that adapts to new market learnings.
• Build a robust learning loop by analyzing performance data and turning those insights into clear, actionable creative directions across various ad formats like animation, live-action, and playables.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
• A hands-on approach to building systems and refining processes that drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English, which is our primary working language.
