The opportunity

In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our creative vision and our operational success. Reporting directly to the Creative Operations Manager, you will take the lead on delivering high-impact brand and product design projects. Beyond managing individual initiatives, you will be a key contributor to our broader creative operations strategy. You will help us refine our workflows, optimize our project management systems, and implement process improvements that make our team more efficient and productive. By partnering with designers, marketers, engineers, and product managers, you will ensure that our creative output is not only beautiful but also perfectly aligned with our company goals.

A day in the life

• You will partner with the Creative Operations Manager to map out project strategies, establish clear timelines, and build streamlined workflows that keep our brand and product design initiatives moving forward.
• You will act as the central point of communication for your projects, facilitating status meetings, aligning stakeholders on objectives, and proactively identifying risks to ensure we hit every deadline with quality results.
• You will help foster a vibrant team culture by collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, maintaining organized project documentation, and identifying new ways to improve our internal processes.

Who you are

You are a compassionate doer who balances a sharp eye for detail with a strategic mindset. You understand the nuances of design thinking and are eager to apply your project management expertise to a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you should bring the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector.
• A strong background in managing creative projects and a solid understanding of product design processes and UX/UI principles.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration and management tools such as Asana, Slack, Trello, and Notion.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while remaining adaptable to change.
• Fluency in English and a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments.
