What you bring
We are seeking a Creative Marketing Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who understands how to blend creative vision with data-driven performance to drive growth. You will be responsible for leading our creative strategy and production efforts from anywhere in the world.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy that focuses on scalable performance and profitability across platforms like TikTok and Meta.
- Build and manage high-volume ideation systems to ensure a constant flow of fresh, testable content ideas.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented team of creative producers while fostering a culture of experimentation and high standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in creative leadership or production within a performance marketing environment. We are looking for someone with a strong background in developing concepts that directly influence user acquisition and return on investment. You must be comfortable working with UGC-style content, motion graphics, and performance-first storytelling. An analytical mindset is essential, as you will need to interpret raw performance data to extract actionable creative insights. You should possess excellent communication skills, a high level of independence, and advanced proficiency in English.
