We are currently looking for a talented Creative Manager, Visual Design to join our marketing team. In this role, you will lead our in-house design team and collaborate across the organization to bring our brand vision to life. What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop our team of four in-house visual designers while providing clear creative direction and project oversight.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Creative Services to execute high-impact projects for events and trade shows, ensuring every deliverable aligns with our core brand strategy.
- Act as an individual contributor on creative requests, ranging from social media content and print materials to signage and internal design assets.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in graphic design and a proven ability to lead creative teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, supported by a portfolio that showcases your design expertise.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in people management with direct reports.
- Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, along with strong skills in PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Figma is considered a plus.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
