The role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead to join our team in Israel on a full-time, hybrid basis. This is a leadership-level position for someone who combines hands-on creative talent with data-driven instincts. You will own the entire creative lifecycle, from initial ideation to final execution, ensuring our performance marketing campaigns resonate with our audience and drive meaningful results.
Core responsibilities
- Manage creative projects from start to finish, including research, production, and post-production, while maintaining efficient workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion our creative process by brainstorming original concepts and ensuring all output aligns perfectly with our brand voice and aesthetic.
- Analyze market trends, performance metrics, and customer insights to develop actionable creative briefs that meet our business objectives.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in creative strategy and production. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience creating paid social media advertisements, specifically with a focus on UGC content.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities, with the skill to create professional storyboards, scripts, and shot lists.
- Technical proficiency in video production, video editing tools, and design platforms such as Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional workflows.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer behavior into effective creative narratives.
- Fluency in English, with a preference for native-level speakers.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your success in creative direction or brand work.
