We are Mixtiles, one of the largest B2C startups in Israel, dedicated to helping people create homes they truly love. We ship over a million framed photos every month to customers throughout the US and Europe, and we are now expanding our catalog to include art, plants, smart lighting, and home design apps. As one of the top advertisers on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, we are looking for a Senior Creative Growth Strategist to join our team in a hybrid capacity and help us shape the future of our brand.

Responsibilities

Design fresh creative concepts and refine existing content to broaden our reach and maximize performance.
Analyze market trends, performance data, and customer insights to build compelling creative briefs that support our business objectives.
Oversee the full lifecycle of creative projects, from initial research and brainstorming through to final production and post-production.
Maintain the integrity of our brand voice and aesthetic by championing the creative vision across every initiative.

Must-haves

Extensive background in producing paid social media advertisements, specifically with a focus on UGC content.
Strong storytelling abilities, including experience writing scripts, building storyboards, and creating detailed shot lists.
Proven track record in creative strategy or production roles where you used data to inform your content decisions.
Expertise in project management, with the ability to handle complex workflows and scale marketing processes.
High proficiency in video editing and design tools, such as the Adobe Suite or Figma.
Hands-on experience managing video productions from start to finish.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A self-driven, organized approach to working within fast-paced, high-volume environments.
