Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position designed for a strategic leader who can elevate our brand and oversee our entire creative function. Whether you are based in our Columbus headquarters or working from anywhere else, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we communicate our vision to the world.
Your impact
- Creative Strategy: Define and lead our overarching creative vision, ensuring every campaign aligns perfectly with our business goals and brand identity.
- Team Leadership: Mentor our internal design talent and manage external agency partners, while developing a long-term resourcing strategy as we scale.
- Brand Evolution: Spearhead a comprehensive refresh of our visual identity to match our current positioning and ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling across all digital and print channels.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with a deep background in creative leadership, ideally with at least 10 years of experience. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and possess a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to manage large, integrated campaigns. We value candidates who have experience working in both agency and in-house tech environments. You must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you should have a proven track record of leading successful brand redesigns. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be presenting concepts to stakeholders and collaborating across various departments.
