Role at a glance
We are seeking a Creative Director to join us in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level leadership position designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in high-growth environments and is ready to shape the visual identity and narrative of a company dedicated to real-world impact.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor our in-house creative team, fostering a culture of innovation while ensuring all content and design work aligns with our core brand identity.
- Translate complex marketing briefs into breakthrough creative campaigns that drive business results, providing both high-level vision and hands-on design execution.
- Establish clear performance metrics for all creative initiatives, using data to refine our approach and ensure our storytelling effectively resonates with our audience.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of experience in creative leadership roles, backed by a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to execute successful campaigns.
- A deep understanding of visual design, storytelling, and the latest AI tools to streamline and enhance the creative production process.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, product, and design departments.
- A degree in Marketing, Fine Arts, or Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
