We are looking for a Creative Director to define our brand identity and lead our creative vision. Insomnia Cookies started in a college dorm room and has grown into a cult brand with over 300 locations, known for delivering warm treats late into the night and pushing the boundaries of the quick-service restaurant industry.
Responsibilities
- Translate our brand strategy into compelling visual and verbal expressions across all customer touchpoints.
- Direct the development of integrated campaigns, including social media, influencer partnerships, packaging, and in-store activations.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing in-house creative team while managing external agency relationships.
- Collaborate with our marketing, product, and operations departments to ensure creative initiatives are insight-driven and support business goals.
- Monitor cultural trends and social media landscapes to create authentic, shareable content that resonates with Gen Z audiences.
- Oversee creative budgets, production timelines, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Track the effectiveness of creative investments by analyzing engagement, brand health, and social performance metrics.
- Champion innovation by testing new formats and immersive experiences that keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.
Must-haves
- 8 to 12+ years of experience in creative leadership, preferably within a consumer, lifestyle, or food and beverage brand.
- A strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel storytelling, digital excellence, and culturally relevant campaigns.
- Deep expertise in social media platforms and a proven ability to connect creative work to business growth and brand loyalty.
- Demonstrated success in leading and growing creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to pitch bold ideas to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of digital production workflows.
- Fluency in English.
