What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a high-impact position where you will work closely with our VP and leadership team to drive major company initiatives. We need a creative problem solver who is ready to take risks and help us define our brand voice as we scale.
What will you do?
- You will lead our content strategy, overseeing product prioritization and social discovery to ensure we are top-of-mind for homebuyers.
- You will manage the end-to-end creative process for our campaigns, defining project timelines and directing our network of freelancers and contractors to bring our brand vision to life.
- You will bridge the gap between our web, social, analytics, and paid media efforts, ensuring all channels work together to deliver measurable results.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 5 years of marketing experience, specifically in owning consumer campaigns and managing creative teams with a high degree of independence. We are looking for someone who understands how to build a brand that resonates in social and digital spaces. You should have strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, from messaging and creative production to tracking and web execution. While experience in the mortgage industry is a bonus, it is not required. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
