JioCinema is looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai. You will serve as the primary creative force behind our visual identity, bridging the gap between product, publishing, and marketing to deliver a world-class entertainment experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the JioCinema brand, ensuring our visual presence is consistent and impactful across all platforms.
- Direct the creation of high-quality graphic assets, including feature graphics, onboarding flows, and informative UI elements.
- Integrate motion and interaction design into our product ecosystem to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with the Jio brand team and cross-functional partners, such as product managers, engineers, and marketers, to align on strategic goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers while overseeing multiple projects from concept to delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and utilize data-driven insights to continuously iterate on our design language.
Must-haves
- At least 6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design, specifically in an Art Director, Creative Director, or Design Lead capacity.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in product design, marketing, and motion graphics.
- Proven ability to work across various platforms, including mobile, web, and TV, while maintaining high standards for performance and quality.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in broadcast design.
