We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai. As a key player at JioCinema, you will help shape the visual identity of one of India’s most dynamic consumer tech companies. We have achieved world-record audiences during the IPL and continue to bring the world's biggest shows and movies to millions of viewers. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of product, publishing, and marketing, ensuring our visual storytelling remains intuitive, engaging, and world-class as we continue our digital revolution in entertainment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the visual strategy and brand execution for JioCinema, setting the creative standard across our products, marketing channels, and publishing platforms while collaborating closely with our Chief Design Officer.
- Direct the creation of high-quality graphic assets, including feature graphics, onboarding flows, notifications, and educational materials, while integrating motion and interaction design to elevate the user experience.
- Manage and inspire a distributed team of designers, overseeing multiple projects to ensure they align with our strategic goals and maintain a cohesive, high-performance visual identity.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design, specifically in roles such as Art Director, Creative Director, or Design Lead.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to handle both creative direction and hands-on production across digital products, marketing, and motion graphics.
- Expertise in working across various platforms, including TV, mobile, web, and print, with a deep understanding of design systems.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
