We're looking for a Creative Director to build and lead the content, brand, and storytelling engine across RepeatMD, Adonis.AI, and our founder brand.

About the Role

This is not a layer of middle management.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves creative leader role that blends brand vision with content execution.

You’ll lead and scale RepeatMD’s creative presence across:

  • Video (short-form, podcast, behind-the-scenes)

  • Social (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)

  • Founder brand (Phil Sitter’s public voice)

  • Product launches (like Adonis.AI and future feature rollouts)

  • Live experiences (events, interviews, client showcases)

You’ll drive the look, voice, and feel of everything we ship—whether it’s a founder video from your iPhone, a campaign asset for a product launch, or a series of behind-the-scenes clips from a med spa in Texas.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead RepeatMD’s creative output—from ideation to publishing

  • Build and scale a unified but flexible visual and tonal system for our ecosystem

  • Own content strategy for brand, product, and founder storytelling

  • Produce short-form social content that aligns with platform behavior and brand personality

  • Direct content shoots (in-office, on-location, and virtual)

  • Edit or guide editors across multiple content formats

  • Partner with Product, Growth, and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and distribution

  • Lead a small team of designers, editors, or freelancers (with room to grow)

  • Turn product launches (like Adonis.AI) into cultural moments, not just feature drops

  • Develop repeatable systems for content capture, repurposing, and publishing at scale

Who You Are

You’re not just a deck builder.
You’re a storyteller who can concept, create, and scale creative in real-time.

You’ve got taste, speed, and the leadership ability to guide others toward excellent, modern content.

You Have a Proven Track Record:

  • 6–10 years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or creative direction

  • A portfolio that shows you’ve helped grow brands or movements through video and social

  • Strong video skills—comfortable both directing and editing short-form content

  • Deep understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, X)

  • Confidence working with founders, execs, or public-facing personalities

  • Experience building or evolving a brand system: voice, visuals, tone

  • A bias for speed, iteration, and content that works—not just content that looks good
