Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will act as a hands-on leader, shaping the visual and tonal identity of our entire ecosystem, including RepeatMD, Adonis.AI, and our founder's public brand.
Your impact
- Take full ownership of our creative output, leading the strategy and execution for brand, product, and founder storytelling.
- Build and scale a unified visual and tonal system that turns product launches into major cultural moments.
- Direct content production across various formats, including short-form social media, video, and live experiences, while guiding a talented team of creators.
What you'll need
The ideal candidate is a fast-moving storyteller with a sharp eye for modern content. You should be comfortable working in English and possess the following qualifications:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, or content creation.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to grow brands through impactful video and social media campaigns.
- Expertise in video production and editing, with a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with founders and executive teams.
- A bias for action and a track record of creating content that drives real results rather than just looking good.
