Creative Director at Shapr3D

We are searching for an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Director to lead our brand marketing initiatives at Shapr3D. We are currently disrupting the long-standing CAD industry with our mobile-first, Apple Design Award-winning application. As a key member of our marketing team, you will ensure that our brand strategy is executed with precision and creativity. You will work within an enthusiastic, cross-functional environment to help us set a new standard in 3D design.

Key outcomes

• Manage the marketing department's content and design calendars to ensure all deadlines for product marketing, user acquisition, and social media are met.
• Formulate comprehensive marketing plans that align with our broader brand and growth objectives.
• Oversee daily marketing operations by collaborating with teams across content, design, communications, PR, and demand generation.
• Execute campaign strategies, including briefing, creative development, and the maintenance of cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and brand partners.
• Identify opportunities for strategic innovation based on data, industry trends, and cultural insights.
• Resolve logistical challenges and campaign issues with timely, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with finance and channel owners to manage and allocate the brand budget effectively.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing or a related field within a SaaS company.
• Deep understanding of industry best practices for brand marketing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a commitment to meeting project goals.
• A self-starting, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth culture where quick execution is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaborative teamwork.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with CAD, manufacturing, or industrial design is considered a significant advantage.

Preferred qualifications

• Proven ability to adapt to real-time opportunities and ad-hoc project requirements.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in a technical or design-focused environment.
