The opportunity
As our Creative Director, you will serve as a key leader reporting to the Director of Marketing. Your primary mission is to oversee our creative output, ensuring that every project we produce is clear, consistent, and deeply engaging. You will act as a bridge between our news and sales departments, crafting strategies that build our audience and drive revenue. This is a role for a self-starter who wants to make a tangible impact on our brand identity and community presence.
A day in the life
- You will spearhead the development and execution of cross-platform marketing campaigns, ensuring our messaging hits the mark every time.
- You will lead and mentor our creative team, reviewing their work to maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency.
- You will collaborate closely with our news and sales partners to develop strategies that foster community engagement and support our business goals.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in broadcast marketing and a portfolio that proves your ability to deliver results. You possess a sharp eye for detail and exceptional skills in script writing, storyboarding, and production. Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as you will be hands-on with editing, motion graphics, and visual effects. You are a natural communicator who can think on your feet, adapt to tight deadlines, and solve problems independently. Fluency in English is required for this role.
