What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Creative Director to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary content leader for our marketing department. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring that our marketing initiatives are cohesive, data-driven, and aligned with our growth objectives.

What will you do?

• Take charge of the marketing content calendar, ensuring that all projects related to user acquisition, product marketing, and social media are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Lead the development of comprehensive marketing plans that reflect our brand identity while collaborating across various departments including product, design, and demand generation.
• Manage the brand budget process and oversee relationships with external agencies to ensure our creative output remains innovative and effective.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment. We value candidates who are self-starters, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth culture. You should be fluent in English and possess a deep understanding of marketing best practices. While not required, having experience with CAD or industrial design software is considered a significant advantage. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player and eager to tackle the challenges of a scaling startup.
