What is this role?

We are looking for a talented Creative Director to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a senior-level leadership position where you will guide our global creative strategy. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of designers, multimedia specialists, and copywriters to elevate our brand presence and drive marketing effectiveness across all our channels.

What will you do?

• Lead the creative vision for our family of brands, ensuring that all online and offline media channels are aligned to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a diverse team of creative professionals while fostering a culture of innovation and high-impact design.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product management, sales, and operations to deliver a consistent and compelling brand experience.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the software industry, ideally with experience in ecommerce or logistics. You possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to tell powerful stories through your work. We value candidates who are comfortable acting as a player-coach, meaning you can lead strategy while also diving into execution when necessary. You should be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and experienced with workflow tools like Jira. Your background should include managing multi-national teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments. Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this role, as you will be working with a diverse, global team.
