We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team and help us redefine the healthcare landscape.
Key outcomes
- Shape and maintain our brand voice and visual identity across all marketing, product, and advertising initiatives.
- Lead the development of high-impact creative campaigns, including digital video, TV, and large-scale brand moments.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and external agency partners to ensure consistent design excellence.
- Utilize performance data and industry insights to refine creative strategies and drive business results.
- Represent the creative function at the leadership level, advocating for design quality throughout the organization.
- Manage a network of freelancers and creative agencies to execute complex, high-value projects.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in creative leadership roles with a portfolio that showcases innovation and high-level craftsmanship.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma, Adobe Suite, and Canva.
- Proven ability to execute digital campaigns that leverage data to meet specific business objectives.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and a commitment to maintaining a cohesive brand voice.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and align stakeholders across all levels of the company.
- A collaborative, inclusive, and humble approach to leadership that treats every team member with dignity.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $208,000 to $280,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
