Design Pickle is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our internal creative teams and shape our strategic marketing content. As the world’s leading flat-rate creative services company, we are dedicated to helping our global clients succeed, and we need a visionary leader to drive our own brand awareness and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative process and manage production teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Own the creative strategy across brand initiatives, demand generation, and go-to-market programs.
- Direct the rollout of our new brand identity to modernize the prospect and client experience.
- Audit and enhance our content marketing library to better support demand generation and customer retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify content gaps and align messaging.
- Use performance data to refine creative ideas and improve future deliverables.
- Maintain brand consistency across all cross-functional channels and global production teams.
Must-haves
- 7+ years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility within a global B2B organization.
- Proven hands-on experience managing creative teams and graphic designers.
- Strong strategic thinking skills to balance long-term brand goals with the need for quick, innovative execution.
- Expertise in writing, reviewing, and proofing content to ensure a consistent brand voice.
- Deep enthusiasm for our mission to be the most helpful creative company in the world.
- Fluency in English.

The annual salary for this role is $120,000 to $140,000.
