Are you ready to shape the visual future of India’s most dynamic streaming platform? JioCinema is currently looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai. We are a fast-paced consumer tech company that reached a world record audience during the 2023 IPL, and we continue to deliver top-tier entertainment through our partnerships with industry giants like HBO, Warner Bros Discovery, and NBCUniversal. What you bring
As a Senior Creative Director working in a Full Time, on-site capacity, you will act as the bridge between our product, publishing, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for defining our visual identity and ensuring that our design language remains intuitive and engaging across all interfaces. Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the visual strategy and brand execution for the JioCinema product ecosystem while setting high standards for marketing and publishing output.
- Directing the creation of high-quality graphics, including feature imagery, onboarding flows, and educational materials, while integrating motion design to enhance user engagement.
- Managing and inspiring a distributed team of designers while overseeing multiple projects to ensure they align with our strategic goals and deliver a world-class customer experience.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned leader with at least 6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design, specifically in roles such as Art Director or Design Lead. You should possess a deep mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects. The ideal candidate is a storyteller who is comfortable working across various platforms, from mobile apps to large-scale billboards. You must demonstrate strong leadership skills, a bias for action, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and data analysts. Proficiency in English is required, and a portfolio showcasing your expertise in product, marketing, and motion design is essential.
