We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai. About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director for Digital Experience and Design to join us on a full-time basis. In this senior role, you will be the primary steward of our brand execution, ensuring our visual language is intuitive, engaging, and consistent across all digital interfaces. You will work closely with the Chief Design Officer to define our creative output and lead a distributed team of designers, ensuring our visual presence stands out in a fast-paced, competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand and Visual Strategy: Lead the visual direction for the JioCinema product ecosystem, setting high standards for graphics that span across mobile, web, and TV platforms while maintaining alignment with the broader Jio brand.
- Design Leadership: Direct the creation of high-quality feature graphics, onboarding materials, and interface elements, while mentoring a team of designers to foster a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate strategic goals into cohesive, data-informed design solutions that enhance user engagement and platform performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in digital product design and a passion for storytelling. Our ideal candidate possesses the following:
- At least 6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design, specifically in Art Director or Creative Director capacities.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design, marketing, and motion graphics.
- Mastery of essential design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead design teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in working across various platforms, from small in-app banners to large-scale out-of-home advertising.
Location
This position is based in India and requires an on-site presence.
