Are you ready to shape the visual future of India’s leading streaming platform? JioCinema is currently looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai. As a key player in the digital entertainment revolution, we have set world records for audience engagement and continue to bring the biggest TV shows and movies to millions. We are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between product, publishing, and marketing to create a world-class customer experience.
What you bring
This is a senior, full-time, on-site role where you will serve as the lead creative force for our digital products and interfaces. You will be responsible for defining our visual identity and ensuring it remains intuitive and engaging across all platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the brand strategy and visual execution to ensure a cohesive look across all JioCinema products and marketing touchpoints.
- Directing the creation of high-quality graphic assets, including feature graphics, onboarding flows, and educational materials.
- Managing and mentoring a distributed team of designers while collaborating with motion designers to bring static concepts to life.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 6 years of experience in product or graphic design, specifically in leadership roles like Art Director or Design Lead. You should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to work across various media, including mobile, web, and TV. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects is essential. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller who is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on design work. You must be an expert communicator who can lead cross-functional teams and advocate for design quality in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
