We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to join our team in Mumbai for a full-time, on-site role. JioCinema is at the heart of India's digital entertainment revolution, reaching billions of viewers with world-class content from partners like HBO, Warner Bros Discovery, and NBCUniversal. As a lead creative force, you will sit at the intersection of product, publishing, and marketing, defining our visual identity and ensuring our platform remains intuitive, engaging, and ahead of industry trends. You will work within a fast-paced environment to elevate our visual storytelling and help shape the future of our digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual strategy for the JioCinema brand, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing design language across all product interfaces, marketing channels, and content touchpoints.
- Direct the creation of high-quality graphic assets, including feature graphics, onboarding flows, and educational materials, while collaborating with motion designers to integrate dynamic animations into our products.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of designers, overseeing multiple projects to ensure they meet our strategic goals and maintain a high standard of excellence.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in graphic or product design, specifically in roles such as Art Director, Creative Director, or Design Lead.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital products, motion graphics, and cross-platform design, including mobile, web, and TV.
- Mastery of industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex design concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of design systems and a dedication to pixel-perfect, high-performance output.
