The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the primary architect of our visual identity. You will be responsible for elevating our brand presence, ensuring that every piece of content we produce is both beautiful and consistent. Whether you are leading a major brand relaunch or crafting assets for our latest campaign, your work will directly influence how the world perceives our mission in the blockchain space.

A day in the life

• You will lead our brand relaunch project, acting as the main point of contact while working alongside our agency partners to refine our visual identity.
• You will own the creative direction for our marketing campaigns, producing compelling visuals that engage our audience across social media, our website, and event materials.
• You will collaborate closely with our developers and product teams to design intuitive, high-quality web experiences that reflect our brand standards.

Who you are

You are a seasoned designer with a robust portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce high-quality work across both digital and physical media. You possess a deep understanding of UI and UX principles and are comfortable working with tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Because we operate in a fast-paced environment, you are a self-starter who can manage multiple projects without losing your eye for detail. You are fluent in English and have a genuine passion for blockchain and Web3 technology. While not required, experience with motion graphics, video editing, HTML, CSS, or content management systems would make you an even stronger candidate for this role.
