Are you a passionate and experienced designer looking to make a significant impact in the blockchain space? Fuel Labs is seeking a Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual identity, leading key brand design projects and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What You'll Do

Lead the Brand Relaunch: Serve as the main point of contact for our brand relaunch project, working closely with our brand design agency to redefine and elevate our visual identity.

Drive Campaign Creative: Own the creative direction for major campaigns, collaborating with your marketing team members to create compelling visuals that resonate with our audience.

Provide Routine Creative Support: Deliver ongoing design support for our social media, blog, website, and event assets, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with our brand standards.

Develop Branding Guidelines: Create and maintain comprehensive branding guidelines to ensure consistent and cohesive brand representation across all materials.

Design Marketing Materials: Produce visually stunning marketing materials that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience.

Create Merch Design: Design unique and appealing merchandise that represents our brand and enhances our presence in the market.

Collaborate on Web Design: Work with our developers and UX/product design teams to design user-friendly and visually appealing web pages that enhance the user experience.

Maintain Creative Templates: Develop and maintain a library of creative templates to streamline design processes and maintain brand consistency.

Generate Creative Concepts: Innovate and develop impactful creative concepts that drive engagement and elevate our brand.

Analyze Trends and Collaborate: Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into our design strategy. Work closely with developers, UX/product design teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a robust portfolio showcasing proficiency across all media, including digital and physical assets.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, etc.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices to create engaging user experiences.

Experience with motion graphics, video editing, GIF creation, and other multimedia production.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards.

Passion for blockchain technology and a desire to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Bonus:Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), front-end development languages (HTML, CSS), or similar technical skills
