The role

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our marketing team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere. You will be a key player in our creative process, helping us shape the visual identity of our brand as we continue to grow our social gaming platform.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of paid media digital assets, from the initial concept to final delivery, for various platforms including social networks and affiliate channels.
• Design compelling marketing graphics for email campaigns, social media outreach, and other initiatives aimed at driving user engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay informed about product launches and promotions while managing relationships with our external creative agencies.

Skills and experience

• At least 2 years of experience designing performance marketing creatives, gained either at a publisher or within a creative agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite and other relevant art or media software.
• Solid grasp of fundamental art principles, including composition, lighting, form, and perspective.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality 2D assets, with additional experience in basic animation and video creation.
• Familiarity with working through creative briefs and iterative design processes.
• A background in the sports industry or experience designing user-generated content is considered a significant advantage.
