The Role
Addepar is seeking a skilled Designer with expertise in creative and web design to join our Studio team. This role requires someone equally skilled in traditional design mediums, as well as web and digital campaigns, with a focus on designing engaging and visually compelling digital experiences that align with our brand and business objectives. Your day-to-day will also include creative design for performance marketing, product marketing, corporate and brand initiatives – from ads and social, to event experiences and collateral.. Proficiency in motion graphics or video design is a strong plus, as we aim to expand the dynamic content we deliver across platforms.
As part of the Studio team, you will work cross-functionally to craft designs that drive engagement, elevate our product experience and support our brand and visual identity. This role is based in the UK, preferably in Edinburgh.
What You'll Do
- Leverage design skills in Figma, our primary design tool, to create high-quality designs, ensuring adherence to our visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Utilize your familiarity with Figma Components, including designing reusable components and variants optimized for web experiences.
- Apply excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools, to create compelling visual assets.
- Use Monday.com for project management and task tracking (knowledge of the platform is a plus).
- Collaborate in and develop assets using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Communicate effectively and stay organized through Slack, ensuring timely updates and cross-team collaboration.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, go-to-market (GTM), product, client support and others to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Combine creativity, technical expertise and teamwork to shape Addepar's digital and visual presence.

- A self-starter with a strong ability to manage projects, timelines and expectations, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
- Experience designing for web and digital platforms, with a passion for crafting engaging, user-focused creative solutions.
- Proficient in tools like Figma (including Figma Components for web) and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a keen eye for detail and design consistency.
- Comfortable working closely with the Studio’s copywriters – and cross-functionally with marketing, product, GTM, client support and other teams – fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator – using Monday, Slack, Figma, etc – who thrives on providing clarity and delivering creative assets that align with team and business objectives.
- Passionate about design and dedicated to growing your skills while contributing to a team of talented creatives.
- This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys solving design challenges and excels at working with cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life.
