What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer / Illustrator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will be responsible for transforming internet trends into high-performing products, helping us bridge the gap between meme culture and e-commerce growth.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with our creative team to turn chaotic, hilarious concepts into polished, viral-ready designs for merchandise.
• Stay deeply embedded in internet culture, monitoring TikTok trends, viral tweets, and niche subcultures to ensure our designs remain relevant and trend-forward.
• Execute high-quality, print-ready designs across various formats, including apparel, while maintaining a fast pace to meet the demands of our social-first brand.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have a strong command of English and a deep, intuitive understanding of what makes content shareable and funny. You are quick to conceptualize and execute designs, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can take feedback and iterate on ideas. Essential skills and qualifications include:

• Expertise in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• A sharp eye for typography and layout design.
• Proven experience in design for social-first brands or e-commerce businesses.
• An ability to balance humor with wearable, aesthetic design.
• A strong understanding of what drives engagement and conversions online.
