We are Animoca Brands, a recognized leader in digital entertainment, blockchain, and gamification that develops and publishes games and digital assets such as The Sandbox, REVV, and SAND while advancing digital property rights through an extensive portfolio of investments in the open metaverse. We are looking for a Creative Design Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time remote basis. In this role you will shape visually compelling narratives and digital content that connect with audiences worldwide across our social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and produce engaging visual assets such as videos, promotional images, and other digital materials for platforms including X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design and refine motion graphics, animations, and video pieces that clearly convey our brand identity and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency and a unified visual language across all marketing materials and social media outlets while incorporating feedback to refine processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in graphic design or multimedia, with an emphasis on social media content and marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere, along with basic knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Maya and sound editing skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating videos, animations, and static images for social media; submission of a portfolio is required.
- Exceptional visual storytelling abilities and the capacity to produce engaging, high-impact content.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
