About the Role
We are hiring a Creative Design and Copywriting Manager for a full-time position. In this role, you will be a key member of our marketing team, responsible for leading the development of emotive and thought-provoking content. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape our brand voice, manage creative strategy, and produce high-quality assets that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design high-quality Japanese language copy and visual content for a wide range of marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, events, and web assets.
- Partner with internal marketing teams to build cohesive creative concepts while ensuring our brand voice remains consistent across all global and local touchpoints.
- Direct creative market testing, including concept and A/B testing, to gather audience insights and integrate data-driven decision making into your creative process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in native Japanese copywriting and creative graphic design, ideally within an agency or production setting.
- Exceptional storytelling and editing skills, with a proven ability to adapt your tone for various mediums and audiences.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in advertising, digital media, and branded content.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A university degree in a field such as Graphic Design or Advertising is preferred, as is experience in the tech sector or a background in B2B marketing.
