At Thoughtful AI we are transforming the U.S. healthcare system with AI agents that integrate directly into existing workflows, delivering measurable results without lengthy data migrations or staff retraining. Our solutions have already produced an 80 percent reduction in operating costs and a 75 percent drop in claims denials for revenue-cycle clients. We are now looking for a senior Creative Content Specialist to join us full-time in a hybrid capacity and help tell this story at scale.
Responsibilities
- Write, shoot, and edit high-production-value videos and podcasts that explain our AI solutions to healthcare executives and drive measurable engagement.
- Develop long-form written assets such as case studies, white papers, and blog posts while managing freelancers and contractors to keep output on schedule and on brand.
- Shape content strategy, track performance metrics, and refine campaigns so every piece of content supports demand generation and brand growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience creating video, audio, photography, and written content, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expert-level skill with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and common podcast-editing tools, plus proven project-management ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Strong analytical experience using performance data to iterate on content and a track record of producing high-quality work quickly in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI and healthcare topics into clear, compelling messages.
What we offer
We provide a total cash compensation range of $150,000 to $180,000 along with performance incentives. Additional benefits include stock options, comprehensive health coverage, generous paid time off, and the flexibility of hybrid or remote work arrangements.
