We’re seeking a Creative Content Specialist with a proven track record of success, possessing over five years of experience in creating diverse content across multiple formats. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our revolutionary AI solutions and the audiences who need them, crafting content that resonates deeply and drives engagement.

Mission Overview

As a key player in our marketing team, your role will center on designing and producing high-impact content that effectively communicates the value of Thoughtful AI’s solutions. Core Objectives

Video Scriptwriting and Production:

• Write, record, and edit high-quality videos that captivate and educate our audience.
• Manage all aspects of video production, ensuring each video aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and negotiate contracts with vendors.

Podcast Development and Production:

• Develop, record, and produce engaging podcasts from concept to distribution.
• Collaborate with key executives for impactful storytelling.

Long-Form Content Creation:

• Craft compelling articles, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that drive engagement.
• Ensure all written content aligns with company objectives and resonates with our target audience.

Photography and Visual Content:

• Capture high-quality, visually stunning photos to enhance our brand's visual storytelling.
• Ensure visual content is consistent with brand guidelines.

Freelancer and Contractor Management:

• Recruit and oversee freelancers and contractors to expand our content capabilities.
• Ensure external content production meets Thoughtful's high standards.

Content Strategy Development:

• Collaborate on innovative content strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities.
• Develop promotional materials, digital marketing campaigns, and on-site branding.

Brand Consistency and Performance Analysis:

• Maintain a cohesive brand voice across all content.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure content performance and refine strategies based on insights.

Innovation and Trend Monitoring:

• Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new content formats and platforms to keep our content fresh and engaging.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Photography, or related fields.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in content creation across various formats, with a strong portfolio.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in video production, podcast creation, writing, editing, and photography. Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and podcast editing software.
• Creative Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute innovative content ideas.
• Fast: You’re able to create extremely high production value faster than most.
• Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communicative Clarity: Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
• Analytical Acumen: Experience with content performance metrics and data-driven strategies.

Preferred Experience
