Now we're looking for a Creative Content Specialist who can turn that impact into stories that resonate.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, senior-level Creative Content Specialist position. The role operates in a hybrid work mode and is open to candidates anywhere.
Your impact
- Write, record, and edit high-quality videos while managing production logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts to keep every piece aligned with our strategic goals.
- Develop podcasts from concept through distribution, collaborating with executives to craft compelling narratives that bring our mission to life.
- Create long-form content-articles, whitepapers, case studies-and capture striking photography that strengthens brand consistency and drives engagement across channels.
What you'll need
You bring at least five years of hands-on experience producing content across video, audio, photography, and written formats, backed by a strong portfolio. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, film, photography, or a related field is required. You are fluent in English and comfortable with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and podcast editing software. Strong project-management skills, the ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and a data-driven mindset for measuring content performance are essential. You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with clarity, and consistently deliver high-production-value work at speed.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 – $180,000 total cash compensation, plus performance incentives. Additional benefits include stock options, paid time off, and support for both remote and hybrid work arrangements.
