Creative AI-Solutions Specialist at Lightricks

We are Lightricks, an AI-first organization focused on transforming the landscape of visual content creation. Our mission is to empower creators and businesses by bridging the divide between raw imagination and finished art. We develop advanced AI models, such as our open-source LTXV, which drive our suite of popular applications like Facetune, Photoleap, Videoleap, and LTX Studio. Additionally, our platform Popular Pays helps creators monetize their work while connecting them with brands. We are currently looking for a Creative AI-Solutions Specialist to join our AI Lab and Internal Tools team on a full-time, on-site basis in Israel. In this role, you will use your technical and artistic expertise to build innovative prototypes that push the limits of what our products can achieve.

Responsibilities

• Design and build visually striking prototypes and proofs of concept by utilizing creative AI platforms like ComfyUI and various generative models.
• Stay at the forefront of the industry by experimenting with emerging AI technologies and actively participating in specialized communities on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and X.
• Work closely with our team leads and LLM specialists to ensure that your visual outputs align with our long-term product goals and push the boundaries of quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in visual design, VFX, or creative technology, supported by a portfolio that highlights your ability to deliver innovative AI-driven workflows.
• Strong proficiency with creative AI tools, specifically ComfyUI, alongside a solid understanding of product development processes.
• An exploratory mindset with the ability to prototype and iterate quickly within a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
• A deep passion for generative AI and a commitment to keeping up with the latest technological trends.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with video or animation editing, a background in motion design or 3D art, and scripting skills for workflow automation.
