The opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. In this high-impact role, you will be the engine behind our growth by managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our Business Development team across our United States locations, with a primary focus on supporting our Chicago office. You will act as a talent partner, helping us identify and secure the best sales professionals in the industry while ensuring every candidate has a world-class experience from their first interaction to their first day on the job.
A day in the life
- You will proactively source top-tier sales talent by utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, and employee referral networks to build a robust and high-quality pipeline.
- You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interview panels, and guiding candidates through the offer acceptance stage.
- You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand our evolving talent needs, provide updates on hiring trends, and ensure we are consistently hitting our recruitment goals.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with at least one year of experience in Talent Acquisition. You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments and possess the hustle required to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are a clear and confident communicator, capable of building strong relationships with both candidates and senior leadership. You have a solid grasp of the sales talent market and are comfortable working in a hybrid capacity. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
