About the Role
We are looking for a Copywriting Lead to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as the voice of Ernesta, ensuring that our brand narrative is consistent, compelling, and deeply integrated into both our marketing efforts and our digital user experience. You will work closely with our creative and product teams to ensure that every word we publish reflects our commitment to quality and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our brand voice and tone by collaborating with our design and creative leadership to ensure a cohesive message across all platforms.
- Partner with UX designers and product managers to craft clear, intuitive web copy that enhances the customer journey and supports seamless navigation.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to create persuasive, SEO-friendly content that speaks directly to the needs and aspirations of our audience.
Requirements
- A strong background in developing brand narratives and writing for a variety of digital and print media.
- A proven ability to work effectively alongside designers, photographers, and other creative partners.
- Exceptional communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for storytelling.
- A solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to write copy that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to balance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000, depending on your specific experience, education, and skill set. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for equity compensation, health benefits, and flexible paid time off.
