Responsibilities
- Create engaging, concise copy for our paid marketing and owned channels, with a strong focus on direct-to-consumer messaging and direct response results.
- Refine and evolve the Thesis brand voice, ensuring that our verbal identity remains consistent and impactful across every customer touchpoint.
- Partner with our Marketing, Product, and Coaching teams to analyze performance data and translate those insights into effective, high-performing copy for future campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a fast-paced start-up environment.
- A proven ability to write across diverse formats, including digital ads, social media, email, website content, and offline media.
- Strong conceptual skills that allow you to take sophisticated ideas and make them easy for our audience to understand.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including high-level proofreading and editing capabilities.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute work efficiently on tight deadlines.
What we offer
