Are you ready to help people unlock their full potential while shaping the future of cognitive enhancement? At Thesis, we are building an ecosystem of high-quality, bioavailable nootropic blends designed to help individuals reclaim their focus and mental clarity. With over $14 million in venture capital and guidance from leading neuroscientists at institutions like Yale, Penn, and MIT, we are pioneering a new category in wellness. We invite you to join our mission and contribute to a team that values personal growth, scientific rigor, and meaningful results.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in the United States. You will be the voice of our brand, translating complex scientific concepts into punchy, relatable language that resonates with our community. Your work will span digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and video content.
- Craft compelling, direct-response copy that drives engagement across all marketing and owned channels.
- Refine and evolve the Thesis brand voice to ensure consistency and impact throughout the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Product, and Coaching teams to analyze performance data and translate those insights into future creative projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with at least four years of experience, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment. You should possess a sharp eye for detail and the ability to proofread and edit with precision. We value candidates who are conceptual thinkers, capable of distilling sophisticated ideas into digestible content while maintaining a proactive, optimistic, and empathetic approach to teamwork. Proficiency in English is required, and a genuine passion for the health and wellness industry is a significant plus.
What we offer
We are committed to providing a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, which is part of a broader total rewards package including equity. We strive to support your professional and personal life through a variety of benefits.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Equity compensation and a 401k retirement plan.
- Flexible paid time off to ensure a healthy work-life balance.
- Professional development opportunities and resources.
- Commuter benefits and wellness programs.
- A hybrid work environment that encourages collaboration and flexibility.
