About The Role

Thesis is looking for an experienced, creative Copywriter to bring Thesis’ brand to life across our marketing communications (digital and TV ads, social, emails, and site). In this role, you will work closely with teams across Thesis to establish and reinforce Thesis’ verbal language, distilling sophisticated ideas into concise and punchy language that resonates with our target customers. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of content, from digital ads and social posts to TVCs and longer-form email and website content.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Craft compelling and concise copy across all paid marketing and owned channels, focusing on direct response and direct-to-consumer messaging.
  • Develop and refine the Thesis brand voice, building on existing brand guidelines to maximize impact across all marketing efforts.
  • Together with stakeholders across the business, ensure the brand voice is clear and consistent throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, CX/Coaching, and Product teams to understand data and insights on copy performance and apply learnings to future projects.

We're Excited About Your:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a start-up environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to write across various channels, including digital and offline ads, email, website, and social media.
  • Conceptual thinking and ability to take a complex idea and make it relatable and digestible. You do this both independently and part of a creative team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and copyediting skills.
  • Quick and efficient work. You’re able to conceptualize and execute copy on tight timelines, while you manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive approach to asking questions and maintaining open communication with team members.
  • Optimism, empathy, and how you enjoy working with a team to reach shared goals.
  • Nice to have: a passion for the health and wellness industry, with a genuine interest in nootropics and cognitive performance.

Pay Transparency:

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and equity. The base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000-95,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
