With customers in 34 countries and a top-ranked presence on G2, we are a rapidly growing, well-funded team looking for a talented Copywriter to join our Brand and Marketing Design department in Australia or New Zealand.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and refine copy across various channels, including our website, social media, video scripts, email campaigns, and paid advertisements.
- Tailor written content to resonate with specific audience segments and professional personas.
- Develop a deep understanding of the accounting industry to address the unique challenges our customers face.
- Brainstorm creative concepts for marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Collaborate with our Sales team to optimize outbound emails and phone scripts.
- Analyze the performance of your copy to drive optimization and testing efforts.
- Act as an internal champion for the Karbon brand voice, ensuring consistency across the organization.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of professional experience in brand and marketing copywriting.
- A strategic mindset that views copy as both an art and a science, focused on achieving measurable goals.
- The ability to write clearly and concisely without relying on jargon.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage editing and approval workflows efficiently.
- A high level of maturity when discussing and critiquing creative work.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools to help streamline the creative process.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work on-site in an AEST-adjacent time zone.
