We are now looking for a talented individual to help us scale our impact as we continue to shape the future of professional education.

The role

We are seeking a Senior Copywriter to join our marketing team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned professional who understands how to blend creative storytelling with data-driven strategy. You will take ownership of our blog and SEO content, ensuring our brand voice remains consistent while driving measurable growth in traffic and lead conversion. We are looking for someone who can work independently, solve complex problems, and iterate based on performance metrics to help us reach our next stage of expansion.

Core responsibilities

  • Drive Organic Growth: Collaborate with our external SEO agency to identify high-value keywords and produce high-quality, optimized content that secures top search rankings and increases our organic traffic.
  • Optimize Lead Conversion: Conceptualize and create effective lead magnets, such as whitepapers and ebooks, while refining calls-to-action to convert readers into qualified leads.
  • Manage Content Strategy: Maintain our editorial calendar and conduct regular performance audits to ensure our content remains fresh, on-brand, and aligned with our evolving marketing objectives.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in content marketing and a passion for the written word. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing blog content with a proven focus on SEO, conversion optimization, and thought leadership.
  • Native-level fluency in English with impeccable grammar and the ability to adapt your tone for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in creating lead magnets that drive measurable conversion rates.
  • A collaborative spirit with experience working on cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Strong familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush, along with the ability to interpret data to inform your writing.
  • A self-starting mindset that allows you to propose solutions and execute independently.
